Cast and Crew Bios
(Witch #2) is a senior majoring in fine arts (concentration in theatre) and a minor in arts
administration. This is their third production with the O'Kane Theatre. Previous credits
include: Baytown Little Theater - The Great American Trailer Park Musical (Pipi and Choreographer), Mamma Mia! (Allie and Choreographer); Stage Right - In the Heights (Carla and Assistant Choreographer), West Side Story (Rosalia and Choreographer). She has choreographed 10+ musicals, been backstage crew,
and directed for multiple productions. Nohelia is also a member of the UHD Gatorettes,
the President of Alpha Psi Omega, and the External Vice President of Alpha Psi Lambda.
(Apparition/Ensemble) is a Junior student at UHD majoring in Fine Arts. This is his first production with O’Kane
Theatre, and he is so excited for this amazing new journey. “I love art; it all comes
from the amazing creativity of the mind. I am so proud of my mom since she is the
one that has given me the motivation from the very beginning to believe in me and
teach me to have a good heart which brings success in life. A good heart with a positive
faithful mind has opened me many doors and overcome many obstacles in my way.”
(Captain/Lady Macduff) is thrilled to return to the stage in Macbeth after directing The Shape of Things in last semester's One-Act Plays. She is a senior majoring in Fine Arts (Drama) and
plans to pursue an MFA in Acting after graduation. Previous credits with O'Kane Theatre
include: One Man, Two Guvnors (Pauline), One for the Road (Gila), and Much Ado About Nothing (Hero). Previous credits with Lone Star College-CyFair include: Hamlet (Horatio), Private Lives (Louise), A Doll’s House (assistant director), and The Revolutionists (Charlotte Corday, understudy). Previous credits with Playhouse 1960 include: Footloose (Jeter), Annie (ensemble). Alexandra would like to thank her family and friends for their support
and hopes everyone enjoys the show.
Dana Estoesta (Stage Manager) is a senior majoring in Psychology. One of her first productions with the O’Kane
Theatre was Much Ado About Nothing, where she discovered her passion for stage management. This production marks her
11th show with the O’Kane Theatre, having worked both as a Stage Manager and as a
member of the Stage Crew. Dana truly loves being a stage manager and finds joy in
helping bring each production to life, supporting the cast and crew, and creating
a space where stories can shine. She would like to thank her family for always supporting
her journey in the theater world and encouraging her to keep pursuing what she loves.
She is also incredibly grateful for her friends, who have been her rock and her second
family throughout this experience.
Eian Garza (Macbeth) has no past to speak of. He was swept in off the street in a haze of dust and manifested
as the figure you see before you.
Michael V. Gonzalez (Ross) is a passionate actor and fine arts major with a growing portfolio of stage performances.
Appearing in a Hispanic rendition of Much Ado About Nothing as Conrade was his first production at UHD. In Unpersons, he appeared as a prisoner and in One Man, Two Guvnors, he was an ensemble, Boy Scout and Police Officer. Beyond acting, he has been refining
his musical talents by joining Gator Groove in early March of 2025 and Mariachi in
Spring of 2026! In this Rendition of Macbeth, he will be playing as Ross, the Thane
of Ross. Malcom's right hand man!
Eman Hamid (Seyton) is a junior majoring in business marketing. This is their fifth production with the
O'Kane Theatre at UHD. She has had numerous opportunities to perform alongside her
fellow cast members and friends. She has played Margarete in Much Ado About Nothing and Young Women from Mountain Language in the production Unpersons. In addition to acting, she worked as the head of wardrobe for One Man Two Guvnors and Pipeline. She's also done a few shows for Main Street Theater. She would like to express her
gratitude to her friends and mentors who helped her pursue her dreams of acting and
fashion. She wants to do more in fashion in the future, and she hopes to have her
own clothing line soon.
Sara Sofia Hurtado (Lady Macbeth, Actor’s Deputy): An Honors student, BFA Major in Drama and a Marketing Minor at the University of
Houston-Downtown since Fall 2025. Vice President and Social Media Manager of the Drama
Student Council at UHD. Previous credits with the O’Kane Theatre include POTUS (Margaret, One-Act Plays Fall 2025), Inhale, Exhale (Jordan, One-Act Plays, Fall 2025). Previous Credits with the San Jacinto College
Ravens Theatre Company include Frogs! (Euripides, Fall 2025). Somebody Else’s Town (Prosecution, Director and Associate Producer, Spring 2025). Our Town (Emily Webb, Actor’s Deputy, Associate Producer and Sound Designer, Spring 2025)
The Pits (Beatrice, Fall 2024). Henry V (King Henry V, Associate Producer, Costume Design Assistant, Actor’s Deputy, Spring
2024). The Crucible (Mary Warren, Associate Producer, Sound Designer, Fall 2023). Eurydice (Lord of the Underworld/Nasty Interesting Man/Child, Associate producer, Musical
Composer, Spring 2023). Lady Macbeth has been her dream since reading Macbeth for
the first time; she is incredibly humbled to have been chosen for the part. She’d
like to thank her parents, her aunt and uncle for their unwavering love and patience,
Dr. Zach Dailey for his guidance, and her friends for both sharing and supporting
her through this experience.
Khang Huynh (Banquo) is a junior majoring in Microbiology. This marks his sixth production with O’Kane
Theatre. His previous productions include Much Ado About Nothing (Borachio), Unpersons (Victor), One Man, Two Guvnors (Alan), Pipeline (Deck Crew), and God of Carnage (Alan). He also did The Mystery of Edwin Drood: The Musical at Stageworks Theatre. He would like to thank his friends and his professor for the
opportunity to once again be part of an O’Kane production. He hopes to continue pursuing
theatre in the future.
Traeshawn Martin (Malcolm) is a freshman majoring in Criminal Justice. This is his second production with O’Kane
Theatre, following his performance as Booth in Topdog/Underdog, a one-act production. He is grateful for the opportunity to continue growing as
a performer and to work alongside such a supportive cast and crew. Traeshawn would
like to thank his directors, friends, and family for their encouragement and support.
He also finds it especially meaningful to play Malcolm in Macbeth, as his father once performed in the play as Duncan, Malcolm’s father, Making the
experience a full-circle moment. He hopes to continue pursuing theatre in the future.
Alexandra Megan Matt (Witch #3) is thrilled to take the stage in Macbeth. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts and Project Management at the
University of Houston–Downtown. Alexandra enjoys exploring a variety of characters
and bringing them to life while combining her love of fashion and performance. She
would like to thank her boyfriend and her family for their constant love and support—without
them, this would not be possible.
Africa Qhamata (Assistant Stage Manager) is a sophomore majoring in Finance. This is her fifth production with the O'Kane Theatre.
Previous credits include God of Carnage as pre-production crew, Student-directed One-Acts specifically Growing Problems as the character Helen, Pipeline as Assistant stage manager, and One Man, Two Guvnors as the character Dolly.
Yamily Rivera (Apparition/Ensemble) is a junior majoring in Supply Chain Management. This is her second production with
the University of Houston–Downtown Theatre program. Previous credits include: One Man, Two Guvnors (Pauline) and Pipeline (Run Crew). She would like to thank her friends, family, and directors for their constant
support and encouragement. Yamily hopes to continue growing as a performer while balancing
her academic and professional goals.
Ivan A. Rodriguez (Lennox) is a Junior majoring in Political Science with a minor in philosophy. This is their
first production with the UHD's O'Kane theatre. They would like to thank their mother
and father for supporting their venture through college and the stage management of
the theatre for giving them the opportunity to be in the show. A fun fact would be
that they love writing fiction and intend to write a novel some day.
Julius V. Sabejon (Macduff) is a Junior majoring in Arts. This is their first production with O’Kane Theater.
They would like to thank O’Kane Theatre and crew.
Emmanuel Sanchez (Porter) is a sophomore majoring in Biology. This is their fourth production with the O'Kane Theatre.
He has previously performed in One Man Two Governors, and the one acts Growing Problem and Last Day of School. He would like to specially thank Luke Fedell and Spring Woods High School.
Adrianna Vargas (Witch #1) is currently a business supply chain management major at UHD. Within the O’Kane Theatre
she has had many opportunities to perform alongside her fellow cast mates and friends.
She has performed as Dolly in One Man, Two Guvnors, Jen in The Lifeboat is Sinking for a summer orientation for future UHD students and in a spring semester, she performed
as Gila, in One for the Road in the production Unpersons. In the past she has also performed in Can We Know The Sound, a collaborative merging of art practices where she performed interpretive dance.
She would like to express her gratitude and appreciation for her friends and family
who have shown support throughout her theatre and university experience.
Andrea Sofia Vazquez (Fleance/Macduff's son) is a junior majoring in Structural Analysis and Design. This is their second production
with O'Kane Theatre. Previous credits include: Play by Samuel Beckett (W2, directed by Star Rodgers at the O'Kane Theatre). They would
like to thank their sister, Isabela for introducing her to theater and her family
and friends for supporting her endeavors on stage and off. Andrea also enjoys dancing
and reading, and is aiming to take further courses to double-major in industrial design.
Lluvia Krystal Vazquez (The Messenger/Ensemble) is a sophomore student pursuing a Fine Arts degree at the University of Houston-Downtown.
Her second acting appearance at the O’Kane Theatre, following her debut in The Pillowman (Ariel) last fall. She is elated to be performing at the space again. Outside of
campus life, she provides her voice-acting work to independent video games and animation
projects under her pen name, with dreams of making this passion a professional career.
Her biggest gratitude is to Luke Fedell, Tim Klein, Zach Dailey, and the phenomenal
idols and friends she has garnered to get to a point like today.
Heather Williams (Assistant Stage Manager) is a senior sociology student at UHD. Heather has been with the O’Kane Theatre for
the past 2 years as props master, stage manager and enjoys acting professionally here
in Houston. With a passion for people, storytelling and all things drama, she will
be attending UHD for her graduate program in Communication, beginning Fall 2026.
Trey Worrell (Duncan) is a sophomore majoring in film studies. This is his fifth production with the O’Kane
theater. Previous credits include: Pipeline, as "Omari", in the O’Kane theater, The Giver as "Asher", at the Klein Forest theater, and Much Ado About Nothing as "Dogberry", also in the O’Kane Theater. He would like to thank his family, friends
and especially the people who worked on this show behind the scenes. If you read all
